Can the system auto delete students?

Yes, e-maktab auto deletes students who have left the maktab based on their leave date. If a student has a leave date filled out, the system will delete the student after a month from the leave date. 

Remember this is a soft delete and you can find the deleted students in the archive section in case you might want to restore the record.
