Is there a yearly attendance calendar?

Yes, e-maktab now has a yearly attendance calendar along with the monthly attendance calendar. The yearly attendance calendar will show you all the months of your maktab start to end of year. Along side with that, you will see each months attendance percentage and the year overall percentage for a student. 

You can access this calendar by clicking on Reports > Classroom Yearly Attendance/Student Yearly Attendance

NOTE: You will need to edit your classroom and define each classroom whether it's a weekday or weekend (if you've not done this you MUST do this for the yearly attendance calendar to work). This will allow the system to calculate accurate attendance percentages for the students.  

In addition, this will also enable teachers to take attendance register on the correct day, for example, the weekday classroom attendance register can only be taken on weekdays and vice versa.
