How to enable Direct Debit via parent portal

If your Maktab/Madrasha has an integration with Stripe you can enable Direct Debit via the parent portal. Follow the steps below if your maktab has instructed you to enable Direct Debit

STEP 1: Login to the parent portal system with your email/password 

STEP 2: Click on the account settings icon ⚙️ on the left hand side

STEP 3: Click on the blue button which reads "Enable Direct Debit" 

STEP 4: You will be taken to the maktab's Stripe page

STEP 5: Enter the required information and authorise the mandate
