Attendance sheet

In e-maktab we have now introduced attendance sheet. What is attendance sheet? Well it's a sheet with all the students names for a given classroom along with full month grid view (see image below), which can be printed and used for manual attendance.

Some maktabs prefer taking manual attendance compared to online attendance, so we have introduced this feature where they can just print out the sheet.

Attendance sheet can be printed out for any month in advance.

And how do you print this sheet?

It's easy, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Classrooms

2. Click the classroom you need to print the sheet for

3. Click on the Print Attendance Sheet button

4. Select the month and year from the drop down

5. Click on Save button to download the sheet
