Dua Card

The dua card is a great way to keep track of duas for each student. You no longer need to remember who completed or memorised which duas. e-maktab has made this very easy by introducing the dua card feature.

Once again we have kept the use of this feature very simple and effortless with a few clicks you can record/update a students dua. 

The system also enables you to categories the dua with levels when adding it on a student's dua card. 

For example, you might have the following levels configured

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

And based on these levels you might want to assign the duas so the easiest one belongs to Level 1 and so on. The level names can be configured to anything you want, so another naming convention could be Easy, Medium, and Hard. 

When adding a dua to a student's dua card, you simply select the dua name and level from the left hand side and click on Add to card button (orange).

And if the student has completed or memorised a dua you can simply click in the relevant checkboxes and save. On the left hand side you will also see a quick summary of how many duas the student have completed or memorised so you don't have to count, we have done that work for you!

Only admins can create the duas and the levels. Teachers and supervisors will be able to add the duas to the student's dua card but will not have permission to create a new dua. So the admin needs to make sure all the duas and levels are added in the system.  

The dua card for a student can be accessed from any part of the system where there is a list of students. To view a student's dua card you'll need to click on the action button menu and click on Dua Card.

When viewing a student's profile the dua card link will be under the menu with the 3 dots.
