Parent Portal

e-maktab offers a dedicated Parent Portal, allowing parents to sign up and securely log in to manage and view information related to their children. This feature replaces the traditional application form, streamlining the process and making it significantly easier for parents to stay informed and engaged.

Once registered, parents can access a range of useful features, including:

• ✅ View and report attendance, including authorised absences
• 📖 Track progress on Dua, Surah cards, and Sabaq diary updates
• 💳 View all payment records and fee-related transactions
• ⚠️ Review any incidents logged by the maktab
• 🧥 Check lost property reports associated with their children
• 🏦 Authorise Direct Debit (if the maktab uses Stripe integration)

The Parent Portal is designed to improve communication between parents and maktabs, while reducing administrative tasks and enhancing transparency.
