How to send email to multiple parents

If you need to communicate to parents you can send an email to them. e-maktab makes it very easy to send an email to multiple parents.

STEPS:

1. Click on Parents menu at the top

2. Select the parents you need to send an email or select the checkbox to select all the parents on that page

3. Now click on Batch Actions

4. Click on Email Selected

5. Compose the message

6. Click on Ok

NOTE: This is the same method of sending an email to multiple teachers.
