Assign teacher to classrooms

If a teacher is responsible for multiple classrooms or sessions, you can assign the same classroom to several teachers in e-Maktab. Follow the steps below to assign teachers to classrooms.

STEP 1: Login to as an admin or manager 

STEP 2: Click on the People Menu > Teachers

STEP 3: Click on the teacher you want to assign the classroom to

STEP 4: Click on the user button on the top right hand corner. This will take you to the user associated with the teacher

STEP 5: Click on the edit button on the top right hand corner

STEP 6: Select the classrooms the teacher needs access to.

STEP 7: Click on Submit to save

OR

When you're on Step 2, click on the action button and click on "Assign Classrooms" from the menu, this will take you directly to the section to select the classrooms.
