You can easily assign Sabaqs to all or selected students within a classroom using the steps below. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and assigning bulk Sabaqs.
Step 1: Log in to Your e-Maktab System
Begin by logging into your e-Maktab system using your credentials. The following roles can create sabaq Teachers/admins/managers and Supervisors
Step 2: Access the Classroom Menu
On the left-hand navigation panel, locate and click on the Classroom menu. From the list of available classrooms, select the one to which you want to assign the Sabaq.
Step 3: Open the Bulk Create Sabaq Page
Once you've selected the desired classroom, navigate to the top of the page and click on the Book Icon. This will take you to the Bulk Create Sabaq page, where you can easily assign Sabaqs to students.
Step 4: Complete the Sabaq Form
Fill in the required fields of the Sabaq form with the relevant details, such as the Surah, Name, Page numbers, and completion status. After filling in the form, click the Orange "Add Students" Button to proceed with selecting the students you want to assign the Sabaq to.
Step 5: Select Students for the Sabaq Assignment
A pop-up will appear displaying a list of students within the selected classroom. You can either assign the Sabaq to all students or choose specific ones by checking the corresponding boxes next to their names. Once you've selected the students, confirm your choices to complete the assignment.
Step 6: Finalise the Assignment
Review the selected students and Sabaq details, then click the Save button to finalise the Sabaq assignment. The assigned Sabaqs will now appear in the students' profiles, ready for tracking.
