Follow the steps below to log a fee payment for a student.
STEP 1:
Click on the People > Students menu from the left-hand side navigation bar. Find the student you need to register the fee payment against. Use the search filtering options on the right-hand side to narrow your search or the smaller search field.
STEP 2:
Once you've found the student. Click on the student's name to view their profile.
STEP 3:
Click on the 3 dots icon on the right-hand side of the page. This will bring up more options. Click on the Log Fee option and this will open a modal.
STEP 4:
Fill out the payment form and click on the Save button.
The system will automatically detect the amount and will update the outstanding fee for the student.
