You can send bulk email to parents and teachers. This helps when you need to communicate important messages or announcements. To send out the bulk email click on the envelope icon on the main dashboard located in the top right hand corner. There are a few different options, see below
- All Parents with Students Enrolled
Select this option if you need to send out an email to all the enrolled students parents. If a parent has more than one child enrolled only one email will be sent.
- All Parents with Students Applied
Select this option if you need to send out an email to all the applied students parents. If a parent has more than one child in applied status only one email will be sent.
- All Parents with Students Waitlist
Select this option if you need to send out an email to all the waitlist students parents. If a parent has more than one child in waitlist only one email will be sent.
- All Teachers
Select this option if you need to send out an email to all your teachers
