If you want to stop the fee from getting reset for all the students you would need to disable the payment schedules.
Follow the steps below to disable the Payment Schedules:
1. Login as the admin
2. Click on Settings > Payment Schedules
3. Click on the Enabled green button (by default it's enabled)
4. The button will turn red and the status should read disabled
That's it you have now disabled the fees from being reset. You will now see a banner on the top saying "Warning: stripe payments are currently suspended" - This just means that the system will not reset the fee and if stripe is enabled no payments will be sent to strip.
Note: If Stripe integration is enabled and you disable this before the fee is collected Stripe will still collect the payment - disable it when the fee is back to 0 so the next month the fee will not be reset.
