How to add fee/payment structure

The below how-to guide will help you set up your fee structure in e-maktab. The fee is known as "Student Type" in e-maktab. 

Example:

Let's assume your maktab has Hifz and Qaida students. The fee for Hifz is different to the Qaida. Hifz students will pay £30 per month and Qaida students will pay £20 per month. 

Creating the fees:

STEP 1: Login 

STEP 2: Click on Settings menu icon

STEP 3: Click on Payment Schedules  menu

STEP 4: Click on New Payment Schedule button

STEP 5: Enter a name for the fee

STEP 6: Enter a description for the fee (optional)

STEP 7: Enter the fee amount without any currency symbols 

STEP 8: Select the frequency of when this fee will be collected

STEP 9: Click on Submit button to create this fee
